Our Priority Services Register holds details of our customers who may need a little extra support during a power cut. This could be for many reasons; someone in your home may have a medical condition, be elderly or disabled, might have young children, or might rely on electricity for medical equipment.
Our records show that your home was registered with us in the past as needing help and support during a power cut. However, it may be that you, and any other people living in your home, do not need to be registered with us for these Priority Services.
We would like to ensure that our records are up-to-date so, if you have a power cut, we can provide our Priority Services to you.
